BEGINNERS KETTLEBELL & BODYWEIGHT COURSE:
Designed to take anyone from no experience at all, to a place where they can confidently join my regular kettlebell classes. Although this course is used to prepare people for my classes, there is no obligation - you could simply use the course as a way to learn how to safely & effectively use kettlebells, and to incorporate bodyweight exercises for greater benefits.
Courses are 6 sessions, once per week, 1 hour each, presently held on Wednesdays at 5.30pm. There is unlimited additional support available, as well as weekly video tutorials covering the hightlights of that week's session.
Kettlebells are quite literally the best bang for your buck training tool that you can use. Covering all of your fitness needs - mobility, strength, cardio, endurance, power... packed neatly into a time efficient & enjoyable session.

Yoga, not as you know it, but as it should be... both virtual classes and in-person.

Taught by a teacher experienced in coaching both yoga and gymnastics.
