Yoga Athlete - Strength & Movement

So many of us struggle to know what to do to become or to stay fit, strong & healthy. I would like to offer you something that meets ALL of your fitness needs – from recovery & mobility, to gentle yoga and challenging Animal Flows, and everything from beginners to advanced kettlebell training. I even have a section for nutrition & health, anatomy & physiology, and education to better understand the hows and whys of exercise. If this is all new to you, I have dozens of tutorials, as well as fast-track sessions to get you up to speed quickly! All you need is some space, a kettlebell, and a subscription (cancel any time).
