WELCOME TO ONLINE TRAINING

HOW IT WORKS:

  1. All new clients begin with a 90 minute SKYPE consultation, which establishes your needs, clarifies how my system, principles & protocols will meet those needs, which type of program will best suit you, and plans the specific action steps required for you to move forward and achieve your goals.

  2. All plans are for 4 weeks in duration. You will receive a PDF plan via email within 3 days of your consultation. Any clarification required can be done via instant video messenger or email. A weekly check-in via Skype to discuss your progress, and make any adjustments, is included. 

  3. Any questions throughout the duration of the plan can be made via video messenger, and will be answered within 24 hours.

  4. At the end of your 4 weeks, you may decide to activate another plan, which may include major or minor adjustments to your program. Another consultation is not required, unless you specifically want or need that level of further discussion.

WHAT'S NEXT?

Pay for your consultation, and book it in for a suitable time

Should you wish to then go ahead with a plan:

Agree on a chosen plan & make payment

Your PDF plan will arrive via email within 3 days

Adjustments & clarifications can be made if necessary

Begin your workout plan

After each week of training, check-in via Skype for progress report

After final week, either end or re-activate your plan

I recommend cycling your plan 3 times to embed changes effectively

CONSULTATIONS

Very often what is needed is guidance, an explanation of the steps required to get you from where you are, to where you want to be. I can offer clarity of what you need to do, using my training protocols, to get where you want to be.

I offer an in-depth explanation of how my system, my training principles would serve you best, as well as a definitive plan - the exact steps you need to take. Armed with such advice you will have the clarity, and the specific action steps required to move forward with purpose.

For some people, the consult is all that is required to move forward with purpose; there is no obligation to purchase a specific training plan.

MOBILITY & STABILITY PLANS

Is a lack of mobility holding you back? Can you effectively stabilise (core control) during exercise?

This plan will give you all the tools to reclaim movement & core strength through incredibly effective & efficient activation, preparation & exploration (the APE principles).

This plan can be utilised as an enhanced warm-up / cool-down protocol, or extended to become a full, all-encompassing & enjoyable workout in it's own right.

REHAB / TARGETED PLANS

Do you have an injury? Or do you have a specific complaint, like shoulder mobility, that needs targeted work?

My training protocols, applied intelligently, can be utilised for regaining what you have lost to injury, or to solve the issue of specific mobility restrictions.

 

The protocols further be applied to build an exceptional level of robustness around that area. This is targeted, specific work tailored to your exact needs & requirements.
