I offer consultations to assist on your journey, whether that is to help make the path clearer so you can make better choices, or whether it is to give insight to the myriad of options so you can make a more informed decision. Consultations can be the difference between spinning your wheels for another year, or putting together a solid, robust action plan that produces results.
Individualised coaching can be a very useful tool too, particularly in overcoming obstacles, and addressing specific needs.
My goal is always to help you understand things better, and my goal is to do that in the shortest amount of time possible.
CONSULTATIONS - £60 for 2 hours
One of the most important things you can do when it comes to your health & fitness, is to have a solid plan - to truly identify what it is that you want & need, how to best go about making that happen, what pitfalls to watch out for, how to tackle obstacles when they arise, and to make effective, measurable progress.
Most people unfortunately just spin their wheels - plenty of action but no real progress. Having a consultation with a professional can make a huge difference. It's a clear road map of directions with ongoing support, all taking into account specifically what you're looking for and what's best for you.
PERSONAL TRAINING - £50 per hour
Sometimes you just need that extra, individual attention. This could be to overcome a plateau in your training, to overcome an injury, or just because you want specific individualised attention.
I view personal coaching as a teaching process - I teach you something, you implement it and practice it. Then once you have embedded the previous lesson, it becomes time for another. Thus personal training is never designed to be permanent - I want you to become independant as soon as possible.
That being said, sometimes it is necessary to have a few regular sessions, and only gradually transition to less and less - but the principle is for me to teach you to eventually become independant.
