HEALTH & FITNESS CONSULTATIONS
One of the most difficult things to do, is to figure out what you should do!
Taking the time to have a thoughtful conversation, establishing your history, your wants (AND your needs!), what your options are... and then having a clear plan of action can save you untold time & money in the long run.
I coach people to move better & to be stronger - it doesn't matter if you are a professional athlete or someone who has never done a day's exercise in your life before, everyone can benefit from more strength and better movement.
Do you have a group that would benefit from what I do? I can come to your facility to share my practice, my philosophy, my principles, and my methods.
I can accommodate anything from a simple 30min talk about my principles & philosophies, to physical training & education in 1 topic or many, from 2 hours to 2 days.

Injury treatment / massage therapy / consultation sessions are purchased individually
1-2-1 coaching sessions are purchased in blocks of 3, and are valid for 3 months
Workshop prices are on request, dependent on time & distance
