I offer 4 services:


I coach people to move better & to be stronger - it doesn't matter if you are a professional athlete or someone who has never done a day's exercise in your life before, everyone can benefit from more strength and better movement.

I sell my sessions in blocks of 3 - that's enough time for me to teach you something, and then you can take that knowledge and practice your new skills. When you are ready, you return and repeat the process. I am not a fan of everlasting personal training. My goal is to make you self-sufficient.


Of course, should you require more than 3 sessions to start, you can do that too.


I want to help people out of pain, whether that is from an injury, or from overworking the body, or even just too much stress. My services include aromatherapy & deep tissue massage, Thai massage, and realignment therapies.

My goal is 2-fold: firstly to treat the discomfort, and secondly to identify the cause and suggest alternatives, so that the issue does not reoccur. I aim to do this in the shortest amount of time, so therapy sessions are sold individually.


One of the most important things you can do when it comes to your health & fitness, is to have a solid plan - to truly identify what it is that you want & need, how to best go about making that happen, what pitfalls to watch out for, how to tackle obstacles when they arise, and to make effective, measurable progress. 

Most people unfortunately just spin their wheels - plenty of action but no real progress. Having a consultation with a professional can make a huge difference. It's a clear road map of directions with ongoing support, all taking into account specifically what you're looking for and what's best for you.


Do you have a group that would benefit from what I do? I can come to your facility to share my practice and philosphy, my principles & my methods.

I can accomodate anything from a 30 minute educational talk with Q&A, to a full day's hands-on training & coaching session - and everything in-between.

Sessions can be based on specific systems like Yoga, Animal Flow or Kettlebells, or can based around principles of injury prevention, or power training, or training designed to support a martial arts practice. I am also happy to share my own practice directly, which incorporates all of the above.


I sell sessions in blocks of 3. This gives me enough time to teach something effective, and you enough time to learn it. The idea is then for you to take that knowledge, and apply it through practice, and then to return when necessary. If you are just starting out and require more than 3 sessions, I can accomodate that.


I am able to provide shorter / longer sessions, should that meet you needs / budget better.

1-2-1 coaching sessions are purchased in blocks of 3, and are valid for 3 months.
